The model, in five steps

You stay in charge of your products, packing and shipping. Amstaz handles the storefront, the customer, and the order.

1

2
A customer places an order
A shopper finds your product on Amstaz, orders it, and pays securely through our checkout.
3
We forward you the order
Amstaz sends you the full order details — the product, the quantity, and the customer's delivery address — so you can fulfil it.
4
You pack & ship it
You pack the order in your own packaging and ship it directly to the customer, then let us know it's been dispatched.
5

What you need to sell with us

Clean, honest products. Your products should be genuine personal-care items with a full, accurate ingredient list — the same transparency we promise our customers.

Legal compliance. You should be able to sell your products lawfully in India, with valid labelling and any licences your product category requires (for example, cosmetics compliance and correct packaged-goods labelling).

Reliable fulfilment. The ability to pack and dispatch orders promptly so customers receive them on time.

GST, where applicable. Depending on your turnover and category, you may need GST registration to sell through a marketplace and to raise invoices. We'll guide you, but this stays your responsibility.

Fair, transparent commission

Your first 100 orders: 0% commission. You keep the full product price on each of your first 100 orders through Amstaz.

After that: a simple, transparent commission applies, which we will always agree with you and communicate clearly in advance — never a hidden or surprise deduction. Your commission and payment cycle are set out in your Seller Agreement before you go live.

Trust & compliance

Amstaz operates as a marketplace that connects your brand with customers. As the seller, you remain responsible for your products, their authenticity, quality and lawful sale, in line with India's Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and other applicable laws.

Regardless of a product's own return policy, orders that arrive damaged, defective or wrongly delivered must be made right through return, replacement or refund — this is the customer's right under Indian consumer law, and something we uphold together.

We maintain a grievance-redressal process for customers and partners alike; you can reach us any time via our Contact page.

Please note: this page explains how the partnership works in plain language and is for information only — it isn't the contract itself. The full, binding terms (including commission, payment cycle, responsibilities and returns handling) are set out in the Amstaz Seller Agreement, which you'll review and accept before your products go live. We recommend you read it carefully and seek your own professional advice if needed. Amstaz is not a law firm and this page is not legal advice.
